Online Bear Tag sales end on Tuesday July 29. Until then, patrons may change the name for
will call pickup
online only; TicketWeb Customer Service cannot change
the name for you. If you purchased via TicketWeb and you wish to transfer the Bear Tag
into someone else’s name, you may log in at
www.ticketweb.com, click “MyTicketWeb” and
access your order to change the name for will call. Only the purchaser may change the will
call name and the person picking up the Bear Tag(s) must present valid picture ID; they
must also be 21 or over as stated in the event policies.
To pick up tags you must present a valid form of picture ID (driver’s license, passport…)
and bring the order confirmation with you if at all possible. For security and protection
of our patrons, Bear Tags will not be issued to anyone other than the name on the final
will call list.
